Shouldn't we then leave behind
The essence of truth
to soothe a burning heart,
as we now benefit,
Refuge.
Shouldn't we then leave behind
a twig, a leaf, a stone,
as the pilgrims before us
Paused to care,
For now we walk the path
Fearless.

The Nirodha City Centre is a Meditation Centre founded by Dhammaruwan is a meditation teaching facility of the Nirodha trust. It offers the practice of Meditation at the heart of the city. Weekly meditation evenings and counseling sessions are conducted at the Centre. Sutta classes and other programs are also being introduced at the centre.
